Took a client's linen menswear brand from crown sketches to a live store: brand, labels and website design, then built it in two weeks by directing Claude Code, selling through the site, eBay and Etsy.

Systems Integrated

Kusins had a product and no brand: no name mark, no labels, no website and no way to sell online. It needed to look premium from the label inside the collar to the checkout, on a small client's budget.

  • Create an identity that works at 50 mm label size and full website size
  • Produce labels and hang tags the suppliers in India can make
  • Launch a store quickly, without a generic template look
  • Sell on several channels without managing stock twice

I designed the brand, the physical labels and the website, then built the store myself by directing Claude Code.

Bold: A crown identity

Rest: that scales from a woven neck label to the website

Bold: A full label set:

neck, size, side, care and hang tags, now sewn into real shirts

Bold: A custom React store

built in two weeks with Claude Code, on Vercel, with Shopify behind it

Bold: Connected channels:

eBay and Etsy synced to Shopify, Instagram and Facebook ads leading to the shirt page, Klaviyo for email, server-side ad tracking

Group: Customers

Group: The client

A complete brand and a store selling on three channels, live in weeks
