InVision Prototype
Mindwave builds digital products and services with a positive impact on people. The brief was to research and design an app helping people track and manage their mental health, for NHS patients and their doctors alike.
- A sensitive subject demanding a research-first approach
- Two user groups to serve: patients and the doctors caring for them
- Demographics captured through purpose-designed surveys
- Features shortlisted with a decision matrix before any design work
Research led the design: in-depth interviews and surveys shaped the features, which went from paper sketches to a working InVision prototype.
